OUR RETURN POLICY
Our return policy states that refunds will be issued for classes, services, courses, and events that are cancelled by Readings With Aries Eye LLC. If a customer receives a package that is damaged or has not been received, we will provide a product refund or replacement. There are no refunds on any energetic services.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
Our shipping policy indicates that the order processing time is 7-10 business days. We kindly ask that you allow the full processing time before inquiring about your order. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy for readings and events requires clients to notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel a scheduled appointment or are unable to attend an event. In such cases, clients will receive a credit that can be used towards another service.
READING & SERVICE FAQ'S
Q: How are readings conducted?
A: All readings are done via telephone and on Central time zone.
Q: Can I request my reading to be done via Zoom?
A: Yes, you can request your reading to be done via Zoom but this request must be made upon booking your service.
Q: Is there a grace period for missed readings?
A: Yes, all readings are given a 5 minute grace period. If the client does not answer the phone or show up for their reading within the grace period, all monies will be forfeited.
Q: Can readings go over the scheduled time limit?
A: No, readings may not go over the scheduled time limit. Upon completion of the timed service, Aries Eye will have to end the conversation in order to ensure she can cater to other clients in a timely manner.
